Click the Formats tab of the Region dialog and make sure Match Windows display language (recommended) is selected in the Formats drop-down list. Select the language you want to use in Change your language preferences, and click Move up to move it to the top.Ĭlick Change date, time, or number formats to open the Region dialog. In Windows Control Panel - Clock, Language, and Region, click Add a language to open the Language dialog.
